Last updated 2 years ago

Your workspace is your team's home in Hurdle and where all issues and sprints live. Within your workspace, you can work across your team to manage and triage issues, prioritize work, and plan what goes into sprints.

A workspace must be either or used in . If a Hurdle workspace is integrated with Jira, the issue, status and field settings between the two will be mapped, and issues will be synced. If a Hurdle workspace is used in standalone mode, you'll be able to configure issue, status and fields settings in Hurdle.

Configuring your workspace

You'll be prompted to create or join a workspace when you create your account. If you're an admin, you'll be able to configure your workspace's settings.

Multiple workspaces

You can create, or be part of, multiple workspaces in Hurdle under a single account (e.g. tied to a single email). For example, the email amy@company.com could be part of both "Team A Workspace" and "Team B Workspace".

Click on the workspace name at the top left of the interface to toggle between the workspaces that you're a part of, or to create a new workspace. Settings for each workspace must be configured separately.

Deleting a workspace

If you're an admin, you can delete a workspace under general settings.

Deleting a workspace is irreversible – please do so with caution.
