Estimates

PreviousIssuesNextBacklog

Last updated 1 year ago

Estimates help quantify the complexity or size of an issue. You can configure a scale to use for issue estimates under Settings > Workspace > Estimates. One scale must be used across the entire workspace.

If you're integrating your workspace with Jira, you'll be able to during the integration setup. You will not be able to configure estimates directly in Hurdle.

Estimate units

Hurdle has two scales for issues estimates that can be used:

  • Story points (1pt, 2pts, 3pts, 4pts, 5pts, etc)

  • Time (0.5hrs, 1hr, 2hrs, 2hrs, 4 hrs, etc)

map your estimate field and settings from Jira to Hurdle
